Fitness boot camp

Do you prefer to work out in groups? Do you have the support and challenge of your group mates give you? Do you prefer working out in fresh air instead of the gym?

If you answered YES to more than one of those questions, a fitness boot camp is the right way to exercise for you! If we get 3-4+ people that are interested in this option, we will arrange a boot camp that would take place in the evenings in some park in London. The boot camps consist of various group exercises and TRX exercises.

Contact us and let us know you are interested. If you have 2+ friends who are interested too, let us know and let’s decide when and where our boot camps should start. If it’s only you, we will get back to you when we have the needed amount of interested people.
